Educational Qualification:

1. Dy. Director (Finance) - Bachelor’s degree with MBA/(2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance or Post Graduation in Commerce or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.

2. Dy. Director (General) - Bachelor’s degree with MBA/(2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Agribusiness/Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.

3. Assistant Director (General) - Bachelor’s degree with MBA/(2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Agribusiness/Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.

4. Assistant Director (Finance) - Bachelor’s degree with MBA/(2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance or Post Graduation in Commerce or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.

5. Assistant Director (Textile) - Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in the Textile Engineering.

6. Assistant Director (Sugar) - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

7. Assistant Director (Legal) - Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.

8. Programme Officer (General) - Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of SC/ST).

9. Programme Officer (Official Language) -Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level.

10. Senior Assistant (General) - Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of SC/ST).

11. Senior Personal Assistant (General) - Degree of a recognized University. Speed in English Shorthand of 120 w.p.m and speed in English typing 40 w.p.m

12. Personal Assistant (General) - Degree of a recognized University. Speed in Shorthand of 80 w.p.m and speed in typing 40 w.p.m.

13. Junior Assistant (General) - Degree of a recognized University with knowledge of computers.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceeds 35 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Application Fee:

The candidates are required to pay application fee through payment gateway on the online application portal. Application fee payable for the posts of Dy. Director, Assistant Director is Rs. 1200/- for each post and Rs. 750/- for the posts of Programme Officer, Senior Assistant, Senior Personal Assistant, Personal Assistant & Junior Assistant. Candidates applying for more than one post are required to pay application fee for each post separately. SC, ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (not less than 40% benchmark disability) & Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
