Eligibility Criteria for BSF Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

1. Constable (Generator Operator) - Matriculation or equivalent with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade and three years experience in the respective trade (i.e. Electrician or Wireman or Diesel/ Motor Mechanic)

2. Constable (Generator Mechanic) - Matriculation or equivalent with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Diesel/ Motor Mechanic and three years experience in the respective trade.

3. Constable (Lineman) - Matriculation or equivalent with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade of Electrical wire-man or Lineman and three years experience in the respective trade

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between 18 years to 35 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
