Eligibility Criteria for MTNL Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

1. Assistant Manager (Human Resource)** - 2 years Full Time MBA course/MSW/MA (PM&IR) I Equivalent Full Time Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Human Resource/Personnel

2. Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) - 2 years Full Time MBA course I Equivalent Full Time Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Marketing

3. Assistant Manager (Finance)/JAO - (i) Passed CA/ICWA. or (ii) Commerce Graduate with intermediate pass in CA and with a minimum of five years experience gained after possessing the qualifications in reputed Public/Private Limited Company will also be eligible.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1, 2 - 23 years to 30 Years), (For Post 3 - 20 years to 30 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
